What is Invisalign?
The Invisalign system uses a series of almost invisible, removable aligners that are individually moulded to fit your teeth. The aligners are made of clear, flexible plastic – a special patented plastic created especially by Invisalign – designed to straighten your teeth effectively without the inconvenience of the brackets, blocks or wires that come with traditional metal braces. They are also far less restrictive than traditional braces and virtually invisible too.
The Invisalign treatment is tailored to you and closely monitored by our dental team. If you choose to have Invisalign treatment at the Wellesley, we will create a unique digital treatment plan for you and using our advanced digital imaging systems here at the practice it is possible for us to show you in advance what your teeth will look like after the treatment. Depending on your treatment plan, the aligners are usually changed every 2 weeks, gradually moving your teeth into a better position.

What are the benefits of Invisalign?

How does the Invisalign Open Day at the Wellesley work?
Due to popular demand, the open day we will be seeing people at the Open Day by appointment only. We are charging a £50 deposit for the appointment which can be redeemed against the cost of your Invisalign treatment treatment or refunded if you decide not to go ahead.
Each appointment takes 30 minutes, during which time one of our Orthodontists who will examine your teeth using our high tech iTero Scan machine, clinical photographs and panoramic X-ray. We are then able to instantly simulate the results of your treatment and show you what the outcome will be.
