Each Enlighten whitening treatment includes two face-to-face consultations with one of our dentists. During your initial appointment we will examine your teeth to check that they are healthy. We photograph your teeth and take a scan in order to be able to create a personalised set of whitening trays moulded specially to fit your teeth. We will then send you home with special tooth serum in order to prepare your teeth for treatment.

At your second appointment two weeks later, we will show you how to use the whitening kit and treat your teeth with a desensitiser. We will then send you home with your personalised whitening kit, complete with your new trays which have been created especially for you from your scans, 3 tubes of whitening gel, a desensitiser pen and whitening toothpaste.

The gels must be used every day at home for the next 3 weeks starting with 10%, moving to 16% on the 2nd week and finishing with 6%. Watch the little video below for detailed instructions.
